As a Contract Specialist, you report to the Acquisition Director, Federal Acquisition Service, in Region 10. You perform pre-award and post-award functions with world-wide scope. Requirements typically involve negotiated procurements of complex and non-complex nature involving information technology services/systems, telecommunications and systems integration technology systems and subsystems, facility maintenance services/systems, and other professional services related efforts. These acquisitions include systems integration of complex hardware, software, data communications, and teleprocessing networks, as well as complex service requirements for application to Government-wide missions and facilities maintenance contracts for both civilian and military with world-wide implementations.
This position is located in Washington, D.C.
