About the Position:
This position is the Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner (OCO), Cyber Branch, Strategic Programs Division, Strategic Effects Directorate (FXD), United States Army Pacific, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
This is a Term position not to exceed 13 months. Term appointments may be extended up to 6 years at the discretion of management and in accordance with applicable regulations; may be converted to permanent status without further competition at the discretion of management and if the incumbent meets the eligibility criteria for specific appointment authorities (i.e., Reinstatement, 30% Disabled Veterans, etc.)

Duties
As an Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner you will perform the following duties:
- Serve as the offensive cyberspace operations subject matter expert.
- Lead collaborative planning efforts informed by policy, programming and doctrinal guidelines.
- Implement and enforce all safety rules, regulations and directives applicable to the work supervised.
- Coordinates with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, inter-agency, global and allied/coalition partners to develop policy and doctrine.
- Obtain plans, revisions and pertinent material needed for reference and execution of combined actions.
- Represent the Chief, Strategic Programs Division at exercise meetings, conferences, working groups and other professional meetings relating to cyberspace future operations.
- Leads the integration of cyberspace operations planning in support of theaters operations and exercise plans.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.
