In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at three years of progressively responsible experience, one year of which was equivalent to at least the NH-01/GS-04 grade level, which includes the following. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-01/GS-04).
