POSITION TOBE FILLED UPON THE VACANCY OF THE INCUMBENT.
This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/COMPENSATION)(Title 5), Position Description Number T5042P01 (GS-09) or T5032P01 (GS-11) and is part of the CT HRO ARNG, National Guard.
JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the position is to provide support for recruitment and placement, military technician compatibility, permanent change of station moves, pay setting, recruitment/retention/relocation (3R) incentives, advanced in-hire rates, and reduction-in-force actions. Work is performed for both Army (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) full-time employees within the State. Trains and provides technical assistance to lower graded specialists.
The major duties include, but are not limited to:
No substitution of education for specialized experience.
Primary Change of Station (PCS) relocation expenses will NOT be paid.
This position is represented by the Association of Civilian Technicians, Chapter 98.
