This position is in the Office of Budget, Finance and Award Management (BFA), Division of Institution and Award Support (DIAS). The primary purpose of the position is responsible for the administration/ monitoring of the grants management system that underpins the development, implementation and management of various basic research and science education programmatic activities. As a Grants and Contract Cost Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

This is a one-year recent graduate position in the Pathways Program. This program provides an entry-level developmental experience with the potential to lead to a career in the Federal Government after successfully completing it. Upon completion of the developmental program, recent graduate appointees may be non-competitively converted to a term or permanent position without further competition. A recent grad converted to a term appointment may be subsequently converted non-competitively into a permanent competitive service position before the term expires.
Conversion to a permanent or term position is not guaranteed and is subject to many factors, such as funding, position availability, and performance.
