Specialized Experience:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes leading teams of engineers, architects, consultants, and others engaged in the performance of Value Engineering studies to develop cost models, perform functional analyses, and develop viable alternatives to project features, that enhance the functions and reduce the life cycle costs of the projects. Utilize a mastery of presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills to bring group of diverse engineers, regulators, customers, and other stakeholders to consensus on functional requirements of proposals. Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, appraises, controls, reports, and establishes goals for the District's Value Engineering/Value Management Program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
