WHO MAY APPLY: All qualified Missouri traditional guard members and those eligible for enlistment, appointment or transfer into the Missouri Air National Guard.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion).

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience or training which demonstrates ability to follow instructions and to safely operate the type of equipment required to accomplish the duties of the position.
WG-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess 18 months of specialized experience which demonstrates your ability to manage fuel operations by organizing, administering and evaluating a segment of the fuels quality assurance program; conducting statistical surveys of petroleum products in areas where trouble had been encountered; analyzing defect data, isolating trends, and recommending corrective action. The specialized experience must also demonstrate your ability to operate, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and overhaul fuel systems and components; initiate and control the movement and storage of fuel supplies by operating high pressure systems with a series of terminals connected by cross-country pipelines or multi-fuel storage and distribution facilities connected by a network of internal pipelines.
This job does not have a qualification requirement that allows substitution of education for specialized experience.
