As a Program Analyst, you will:

Key Requirements:You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Performing on-site and remote monitoring reviews and analysis of financial or program policies, procedures, and practices in meeting established goals and objectives; AND
- Utilizing a variety of computer applications to gather and analyze data or project future trends; AND
- Recommending ways to improve the productivity of work operations
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. This is a mobile position, selectee will be required to work 100% of the time in a non-HUD owned space, 50% of that time will require the employee to travel to sites outside of their homebase site. The employee's workspace must be suitable for conducting business and as such, remote employees are expected to provide a secure, distraction-free, home-based worksite with reliable high speed internet connectivity. Selectees will be required to self-certify that their remote workplace meets all safety, privacy, and internet speed requirement.
