The primary purpose of the position is to service all plumbing systems within the park. Performs preventive maintenance to all plumbing and mechanical equipment and parts. Installs, modifies, and repairs plumbing fixtures (bathtubs, showers, toilets, sinks, water fountains, and their associated hardware).

Physical Demands: Incumbent makes repairs and installations from ladders, scaffolding, and platforms in hard-to-reach places. Often works in excavated holes in water and mud. Subjected to odors and irritants. Requires considerable standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in uncomfortable positions. Frequently lifts, carries, and sets up equipment that may exceed 50 pounds.
