The primary function of the Lead Laser Tag Operator position is to oversee state-of-the-art laser tag facility under the direct supervision of Gunter Lanes manager.
-Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the laser tag facility.
-Distributes and balances workload among employees.
-Observes work in progress, production, adherence to quality and safety standards. Instructs and trains new employees.
-Monitor equipment and facility maintenance, promptly addressing any issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
-Assist with development and implementation with innovative and engaging laser tag programs and events to attract and retain customers of all ages and demographics.
-Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to create effective strategies for advertising and promoting the facility's offerings within the community.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the facility's programming and maintain competitiveness in the market.
-Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
-Enforce all safety protocols and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries during laser tag activities, maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards and guidelines.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, facilities, and operational procedures to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as needed.
