The ideal candidate for the Pharmacist (Unit Dose) Supervisor position will be an exceptionally talented, and motivated pharmacist with Unit Dose, Non-Sterile Compounding and Controlled Substance experience. The candidate must have strong communication and people skills and be capable of managing pharmacists and technicians in a complex, fast paced environment. Supervisory experience, project management and process improvement skills are highly desirable.
Duties for the Supervisory Pharmacist (Unit Dose) will include but are not limited to the following:

****NOTE: Salary listed does not include weekend, evening, holiday and night pay shift differential. Shift Differential for employees who perform work during regularly scheduled hours between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive 10 percent of basic pay for those hours. Premium pay equal to 25 percent of the employee's basic hourly rate of pay is given for hours worked between midnight Friday or midnight Sunday. Employees who are required to perform regularly scheduled non-overtime work on a designated holiday shall receive pay at the rate of two times their hourly rate for actual hours worked on their tour, but not less than at least two hours.

The Pharmacy Department of the CC provides 24-hour comprehensive pharmacy services for both inpatient and outpatient research participants.
