Duties may include but are not limited to:
-Performs data management, program analysis and coordination in support of the service and Nursing Service Programs.
-Responsible for integrating, coordinating, and managing a multitude of administrative functions as well as spearheading administrative, clinical, financial, and managerial responsibilities.
-Performing a wide range of activities that change periodically due to a variety of factors.
-Perform complex assignments within designated suspense periods, various quantitative and qualitative reports, budget reports.
-Applies analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural, administrative, or factual nature.
-Works independently with minimal supervision to control and maintain office and/or information systems such as forms, records, mail distribution, directives, or publications, and management systems.
-Monitors and reviews performance measures specific to Nursing Patient Care metrics and entering appropriate information into the electronic records as needed.
-Participates and provides input in problem solving on operational issues or procedures in team meetings, performing administrative follow up actions and participating in and independently following up on team huddles by sharing information and collaborating with the medical team to assure continuity of care of the Nursing units or patient care areas.
-Submits 2237s for procurement of supplies and services.
-Serves as the main point of contact for the vendors on the premises and for contract related payments and renewals.
