This is a TERM position NTE 5 years. (Term Appointments must exceed 12 months to meet the definition of TERM). In accordance with DODI 1400.25 Vol 2005, dtd 3/3/12, the individual selected for this position may be extended or made permanent without further competition.
-Serves as an intelligence analyst on semi-complex to complex technical analysis and production activities. Situations/information analyzed and/or produced are not susceptible to generally accepted methods, and requires the use of independent judgment and experience in selecting and/or developing new methods approaches, and procedures.
-Present ISR semi-complex to complex capabilities to service, national, and coalition customers within defined areas of responsibility. Provides management with the detailed intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets to maximize Commanders forces' effectiveness by optimizing friendly force strengths, exploiting adversary weaknesses, and countering adversary strengths.
-Conducts semi-complex to complex analysis of multi-source intelligence. Evaluates both classified and unclassified critical and/or sensitive information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses and centers of gravity.
-Participates in complex and/or manages semi-complex intelligence production. Participates in complex and/or manages semi-complex component, combatant command, and support agency production requirements.
-Serves as a functional expert on ISR issues. Makes recommendations on operational matters used to initiate management actions to revise policy to commit Agency funds or resources.
