As a SUPV IT Specialist (SYS ANALYSIS), GS-2210-15, you will direct a program segment that performs highly technical or specialized work bringing Department of Homeland's (DHS) Customer Experience priorities to bear. In addition to technical responsibilities as subject matter expert and key program manager, your role will support Customer Experience Directorate (CXD) and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) leadership in leading the CXD organization to ensure its mission success, help set the strategic direction for the Division or Branch and perform the full range of supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
