This detail opportunity is for current Federal civilian employees from any agency with Career or Career-Conditional tenure within the competitive and excepted service only. If you are not a current Federal civilian employee, you will not be eligible for this position.
This position, located in the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Office of the Chief Counsel (OCC), will report to the Chief Counsel and Principal Deputy Chief Counsel. This Senior Counsel will assist and coordinate on legal matters and issues that apply to CISA and DHS; many of these matters are cross-cutting and do not fall exclusively within the portfolios of OCC's current legal divisions. The Senior Counsel will also serve as a point of contact to counterparts in other U.S. Government offices responsible for mission space pertaining, but not limited, to cybersecurity, infrastructure security, and intelligence.
The successful candidate will have skills such as the following:

You must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private U.S. organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign educational credentials and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program. 4. BAR MEMBERSHIP: Submit proof of Bar Membership of the highest court of a State, U.S. Commonwealth, U.S. Territory, or District of Columbia.
5. WRITING SAMPLE (Preferred, but not Required): Submit a legal writing sample not to exceed fifteen (15) pages in length.
