GS-07: One (1) full year of graduate-level education in a degree related to the position, such as Mechanical Engineeing or superior academic achievement. (NOTE: Must provide copy of transcript. GS-09: Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree related to the position, such as Electrical Engineering. GS-11: Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree related to the position, such as Electrical Engineering.
