As a Law Clerk, you will serve a Law Clerk to Commission Administrative Law Judges (ALJs). The incumbent will work directly with assigned ALJs to manage cases.
Upon passing the bar examination, the Law Clerk will be converted to a GS-0905 Attorney-Advisor position. The entire clerkship will last a total of two years, including the time the clerk spent in the GS-0904 position. The incumbent will have 14 months to pass the bar examination.
