The purpose of this position is to serve as the Procurement Analyst Quality Assurance Specialist for VHA Acquisition Regional Procurement Office (RPO) Central providing contract quality assurance support to a team of contract specialists performing work at the GS-1102-9 to GS-1102-13 grade level. The incumbent will oversee the program, which conducts required contract reviews of solicitations before they are released by the Contracting Officers and prior to contract award.

The Procurement Analyst (Quality Assurance) is responsible for leading a team of technical experts in matters pertaining to health care delivery system procurement and contracting and the performance of required technical contract reviews. The incumbent ensures, based on a specialized knowledge of the basic principles and practices related to the management of health care delivery systems, that the requirements are met for all medical facility organizations and programs; and all contract actions meet all applicable procurement regulations, Directives, Policies and Handbooks. Duties include:
Transcripts: A transcript must be submitted with your application if you are basing all or part of your qualifications on education.
