Serves as an Agricultural Marketing Specialist in the Outreach and Technical Assistance Branch which supports the USDA Regional Food Business Centers. The incumbent carries out a wide variety of assignments associated with the program, including the formulation of new policies, outreach, and technical assistance to local and regional food systems stakeholders. The incumbent must have an expert knowledge of local and regional food systems and how USDA supports external stakeholders.
