These positions are part of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Student Volunteer Program under The General Counsel - Headquarters' Program area. The purpose of these positions is to provide students the opportunity to learn about the NLRB, gain valuable on the job work experience by exposing them to the full-range of the Agency's legal practices, and if desired, earn credit towards their degree for their volunteer service.

Current students enrolled in accredited educational institutions from high school to graduate level. Includes internships, pathways and other student programs.
These positions are open to students who are currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a qualifying academic institution on an at least part-time basis, and who will maintain enrollment during the Summer 2022 session and/or Fall 2022 session. Verification of status as a Student will be required before a tentative offer is extended.
