Knowledge of public land management concepts, principles, practices and procedures along with the body of laws and regulations that serve as the foundation for these practices and procedures to enable the employee to provide critical and accurate information to the Director and others.

Skill in planning, organizing, directing and conducting complex studies and justifying or resolving matters involving significant or controversial issues.
Strategic Thinking
Knowledge of management principles and practices, as well as work processes, in order to perform a wide range of responsibilities and duties, including presenting and proposing work methods, strategies, and options for implementation.
Manages and Organizes Information
Knowledge of communication principles, methods, practices, and techniques: analytical methods; and interpersonal relations practices to enable incumbent to serve as a principal advisor on projects and/or special events.
In order to be considered for this position, you must complete all required steps in the process.
