Strategic Thinking
Knowledge of management principles and practices, as well as work processes, in order to perform a wide range of responsibilities and duties, including presenting and proposing work methods, strategies, and options for implementation.
Manages and Organizes Information
Knowledge of communication principles, methods, practices, and techniques: analytical methods; and interpersonal relations practices to enable incumbent to serve as a principal advisor on projects and/or special events.
