To qualify for this position, applicants must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to high level administrative and management work. Specialized Experience: Conducting research and policy analysis with bearing on women's employment issues and to inform on the development of major policy and programmatic initiatives.
