In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the below experience:

Experience required:
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level or equivalency, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which includes 1) conducting studies relating to cold region infrastructure; 2) planning and determining specific methods related to geotechnical, structural, mechanical, or electrical research investigations; 3) presenting cold-region findings through publication or at scientific meetings.
