The incumbent serves as a Legal Recruitment Specialist in OARM. OARM is a small, friendly, and customer-oriented office that manages, develops, plans, implements and evaluates Department-wide recruitment, hiring, and retention programs for law students and attorneys. OARM counsels and advises Department officials at the highest levels on issues affecting attorney personnel.

OARM seeks a congenial, organized, highly motivated, customer-focused, team player who thrives in a supportive role, to join its mission-driven office. The incumbent will perform a variety of programmatic, administrative, analytical, technical, editorial, and special assignments related to OARM's mission of attracting diverse and well-qualified applicants to DOJ. The incumbent works under the guidance and direction of the Deputy Director for Legal Recruitment and Outreach and works closely with Assistant Directors.
