This position is located at Chinle Service Unit, Division of Clinical Services, Pharmacy, Chinle, AZ. The purpose is to serve as the Supervisory Pharmacist managing and providing direct clinical pharmacy services, responsible for management and administration of policies and procedures, providing ongoing analysis to develop programs commensurate with highest quality of care, and direct and manage programs and activities in a manner that ensures the mission, vision, and values of the hospital.

Background Investigation: If you are selected for this vacancy, you must undergo a pre-employment fingerprint check and background investigation. Fingerprint results and background investigation documentation must be cleared prior to hire. This credited service can be used in determining the rate at which they earn annual leave is earned.
