Specialized Experience:
GS-12 - One year of specialized experience which includes the implementation or oversight of safety and health requirements on a construction, or renovation site with training in contract management to including proposal evaluations, input into CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) and/or input into scope of work documents This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
GS-13 - One year of specialized experience which includes the implementation or oversight of safety and health requirements on a construction or renovation site and reviewing and commenting on contract documents such as; scopes of work, contractor proposals and/or CPARs (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
