Qualifications:
In order to qualify for the Lead Program Analyst, GS-0343 position at the GS-14 level, you must demonstrate 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: applying a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of program management processes and systems; plan, lead, and manage administrative management programs (human resources, procurement and acquisition, information technology, space/property management, travel, timekeeping and leave, telecommunications, and internal controls) for an organization; and managing communication and educational programs and activities.This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
