Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
The incumbent MUST be able to obtain and maintain a valid state Driver license in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate a vehicle.
Work is performed inside and outdoors in all types of weather conditions and accomplished is a construction environment involving noise, dirt, fumes, high and low temperatures, and hazardous material and conditions.
Work involves moderate physical demands in terms of inspections, investigations, and surveys of facilities, involving climbing ladders, scaffolds, and stairs. This normally requires long periods of standing, walking, crawling, stooping, and bending.
Requires moderate to heavy lifting up to 25 pounds.
