About the Position: The Administration and Management (J-1) Directorate supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) work structure to include civilian and military personnel, manpower requirements/resources, workforce development to sustain readiness of the force, managing the support of infrastructure of DHA (i.e. facilities management, personnel security and administration) and safeguarding Military Health System beneficiary/DHA workforce information through administration of compliance programs.
