This announcement is open to: The developmental program provides a guided career pathway that typically takes 3-5 years to achieve a GG-12 level set of duties and potential salary $86,335 to $112,240/yr. This position has a Basic Requirement for the Defense Acquisition Corp (DAC) DAWIA certification: Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees and; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following disciplines: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, and organization and management.

This position is a Developmental Level DCIPS position. DCIPS Developmental level positions include GS/GG-07 and GS/GG-09. The NRO is only accepting applications from both Federal Government employees and non-Federal Government employees for this position. Federal government employees, who currently are GS/GG-07, GS/GG-09, or equivalent, may only apply for lateral reassignment at their current grade level and step. Those selected at the GS/GG-07, GS/GG-09 grade level may be considered for future competitive promotion under the NRO internal promotion evaluation process.
