Telework Suitability:
The Office of Natural Resources Revenue has determined that the duties of this position are suitable for occasional telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisory approval, and if they meet the eligibility criterion in the 2010 Telework Act.
Stipulations of Employment:
Appointees must sign a Participant Agreement that sets forth the expectations for the Pathways Program.
The duration of an excepted service appointment in the Pathways Program is a trial period.
For Recent Grads:
Appointees may be non-competitively converted to the competitive service after successful completion of at least one year of continuous service, in addition to all of the requirements of the Recent Graduates Program.
All Department of the Interior (DOI) employees are subject to the conflict of interest restrictions imposed upon all employees of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government and may be required to file a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE Form 450). In addition, DOI (Office of the Secretary) and Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) employees are further restricted concerning their holdings of Federal lands and resources administered or controlled by the Department of the Interior.
