As a Supervisory Administrative Management Specialist, you will:

Establish program goals and objectives for subordinates and set priorities.
Develop performance standards, evaluate work performance, conduct corrective interviews with employees and recommends appropriate actions when warranted.
Plan work to be accomplished and assign work to personnel based on priorities.
Review correspondence and documents prepared for the signature of the General Counsel (GC) for conformance with requirements, grammar, format, or special practices of the office.
Maintain the calendar of the GC, schedule appointments and meetings on own initiative, and remind the GC of appointments and meetings.
Make travel arrangements, assist in the preparation of itineraries, prepares travel orders, secure reservations and tickets, and assist in the preparation and submission of travel vouchers for the GC and OGC staff.
As a confidential assistant, establish and maintain the Office of General Counsel's (OGC) files
Provide budget projections, analyses, tracking and maintains accurate and timely budget data related to fund availability and serve as an OGC Government purchase card holder.
Prepare a variety of material including letters, memoranda, various documents, forms and reports related to the work of the OGC.

Minimum Qualifications for GS-11 level:

Minimum Qualifications for GS-11 level:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is experience that demonstrates proficiency in one or more areas described in the job competencies list under the "How You Will Be Evaluated" section found in this announcement. Candidates should demonstrate job skills and training that include, but are not limited to, the job skills necessary to manage a government office and the supporting administrative staff.
