This position is located at one of the various Indian Health Hospitals or Clinics under the Navajo Area Office. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct pharmaceutical care for inpatient and outpatient at the Service Units and is expected to manage patients with chronic disease states, as well as providing pharmaceutical care for acute patients.
