Performs tasks that requires attention to work operations in a kitchen/dining area following established procedures. Sets up cafeteria. Serves food by order and proper proportion. Break down/cleans tables and area. Scrapes, soaks, and scrubs heavy cooking utensils. Separates food waste and trash from dishes. Vacuums/shampoos carpets; sweeps/mops kitchen floors. Cleans exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings,walls, trash cans; disposes of trash.
Must be able to work weekends.
