Project Management Planning: As a multidisciplinary team coordinator or technical specialist, recommends and evaluates projects and activities, ensuring these planning activities consider new technological or scientific developments and studies.

Contract Administration: Serves as a Contracting and/or Grant Officer’s Representative on assigned projects and activities. Basic Education Requirement:
A. Degree: Biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position.

B. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education.
In addition to meeting the basic education qualification requirement described above, applicants must also possess the following:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Specialized experience must demonstrate the applicant has been equipped with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is directly related to the work to be performed.
GS-11: Your resume must reflect at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for the GS-11: Experience providing project management, planning, implementation, contract administration, and tracking for biological or environmental projects and activities.
Applicants who do not meet the definition of specialized experience will be determined as not qualified and will be ineligible for consideration.
