As a STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION PROGRAM MANAGER you will be responsible for the following duties:

This position is a Full Performance Level DCIPS position. DCIPS Full Performance Level positions include GG-11/12. The NRO is accepting applications from current GS/GG-11 and GS/GG-12, or equivalent Federal Government employees for this position. Federal government employees, who are currently at a GS/GG-11, GS/GG/12, or equivalent may ONLY apply for a lateral reassignment at their current grade level, and step. Those selected at the GS/GG-11 grade level may then be considered for future competitive promotion under the NRO Internal promotion evaluation process.
