Performs, monitors, and/or assists in the operation of the bowling facility, normally during absence of the manager and/or assistant manager, and normally at night and/or on weekends. Responsible for the issue, receipt, and control of cash. Prepares reports of significant occurrences during the shift. May conduct instructional classes in bowling. Helps plan and coordinates details of recreational activity and maintains related supplies. Assists in planning scheduling and publicizing various activities to attract and motivate participants. May oversee sale of retail items associated with activity. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift. Performs other related duties as assigned.

One or two years in a related recreational activity which provides knowledge of bowling operations, or equivalent leadership experience is required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales operation. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees.
