The position is located in the Office of External Affairs (OEA), Media Relations Division, and reports to the Director of Media Relations. Among other things, this Division is responsible for technical and strategic content management, planning, design, development, testing and implementation of FERC's enterprise-wide Internet and Intranet. This includes content development and management, usability testing, and other web-related services. It also develops original written materials, such as presentations, brochures, annual report, incorporating both text and graphic design and materials in various forms of media.
