This is a Nonappropriated Fund Regular Full-Time (RFT) position that includes NAF Benefits with 40 guaranteed work hours per administrative week. May occasionally work weekends and holidays. This position serves as a Supervisory Editor (Newspaper Graphics and Multimedia) at Stars and Stripes in Washington, DC.

Serves as a supervisor directing the production of graphics, photo display, digital presentation, multimedia and interactives for digital and print Stars and Stripes platforms. Proactively pushes creation of interactives, graphics and video on stripes.com. Reviews daily news agenda and takes initiative in creating elements that result in more attractive presentation of stories and packages online and in print. Acts as a graphic reporter able to sift through data, report news releases and other sources of information and produce graphic presentations and data visualizations of those materials. Lead the graphics department in generation of fresh, creative ideas that will improve the display of our online and print presentations.
