The position is located in NEXCOM Equal Employment Opportunity Office and directs NEXCOM Enterprise Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program that includes complaint processing, reasonable accommodations, training and compliance, and MD-715 (affirmative employment programs) for over 11,000 employees across six business lines. The EEO Director is delegated the responsibility for the development and administration of NEXCOM-wide policies, programs and procedures, and guidance to ensure successful accomplishment of all aspects of the EEO Program. The EEO Director serves as the primary advisor and subject matter expert to the CEO, CHRO, management officials, and associates.
